We may share information with our affiliates to provide customer service. This enables
us to serve you more efficiently. It also makes it more convenient for you to do
business with us. We may share information we receive from you on applications or
other forms. We may also share information we receive from a consumer reporting
agency or other third party.
Service Providers or Joint Marketers
We may share your information with joint marketers or service providers. Both must
protect your privacy. Joint marketers and service providers can only use your information
to serve us or as required by law.
Former Customers
We do not share information about former customers with third parties unless permitted
by law.

Our privacy commitment extends to our affiliates for 12 months from the date of
our mailing of this notice to you. We will reaffirm this policy annually in writing,
as long as you are a customer.
Upon written request, we will make information from your file available for your
review. If you notify us that any information is incorrect, we will review it. If
we agree, we will correct your records. If we do not agree, you may submit a short
statement of dispute. This statement will be included in any future disclosure of
information.
This notice is required by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley (“GLB”) Act. Any provision of
this notice which may conflict with GLB, as amended, is hereby amended to conform
