Lafayette Life offers a full range of group Life products to help fit every employer's needs.
Small Group- The Lafayette Life Insurance Company offers our small group life insurance product
to eligible companies with two to nine employees. All full time employees working
at least 30 hours per week are eligible.
True Group- Group life insurance for employers with 10 or more employees can provide
a beneficiary with benefits that may help alleviate financial burdens at the untimely
death of an employee. Benefits are also available to cover both spouse and dependant children
of an employee.
Voluntary Life / Accendental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) - Many employees probably do not have adequate life insurance
protection. Lafayette Life’s Additional Life insurance and AD&D provides employees the choices
they need and provides them peace of mind in the event of an employee’s untimely
death.
Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment- Employee retention is often linked to
the incentives provided to them. Voluntary AD&D provides 24-hour coverage to eligible
employees and family members. Lafayette Life offers several benefit options that
allow a custom solution to fit an employer’s needs for their employees.
