Small Group- The Lafayette Life Insurance Company offers our small group short-term disability product to eligible companies with two to nine employees. All full time employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible. Four (4) benefit choices are available.

True Group- Group Short Term Disability insurance for employers with 10 or more employees can help the employer show employees how much they care. It provides employees with peace of mind as well as a portion of their income, should they become disabled and are unable to work for a short period of time.

Voluntary Short Term Disability Insurance- The Lafayette Life Insurance Company offers a comprehensive employee paid STD program that allows employees the flexibility to choose plans that help meet their needs.
