David C. Francis Regional Sales Vice President The Lafayette Life Insurance Company Dave works with General Agents in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia.

Dave began his insurance career with Mutual Life of New York in a management development program in Buffalo, NY in 1971. After holding several Home Office positions including Vice President Agency Operations and field Regional Vice President, he returned to active field management in 1991 as Associate Manager, MONY New England and later Managing Partner of the Portland, Maine sales office. While Associate Manager in this $3.0 million commission agency, he was responsible for recruiting, special marketing programs and sales units development. He joined Security Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York in 1994 as Regional Vice President with responsibilities for PPGA recruiting, brokerage development and market expansion in the Midwest. Dave joined The Lafayette Life Insurance Company in March 1998. Since joining Lafayette Life, his region has grown from $200,000 of Net Annualized First Year Agent Commission (NAFYAC) to a total of $3 million of NAFYAC. Dave and his wife, Karen, live in Fernandina Beach, Florida.
